We are delighted to welcome Dr Graham Gardner – a specialist orthodontic practitioner – to our team at the Practice.

Grahame joins us on one day a month from February 2008.  He brings a wealth of experience in orthodontics from his practices in London and Winchester and will be providing specialist orthodontic treatment for both children and adults.

His experience and training will allow him to offer orthodontic treatment with ‘Invisalighn’ …… which means no visible wires or brackets!  This is particularly attractive for the increasing numbers of adults who are undergoing orthodontic treatment in preference to perhaps more destructive dental techniques to improve their smile.

Graham Gardner. BDS MDent(Orth)

I am registered as a Specialist Orthodontist with the British General Dental Council, am a member of the Specialist Practitioner Group of the British Orthodontic Society and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.

I qualified as a general dentist from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and then worked for 5 years as a general dentist while continuing postgraduate studies.  This was followed by 3 years specialist training in Orthodontics at University of Witwatersrand Dental Hospital, after which I attained the Master of Dentistry in Orthodontics.

Since then I have been involved exclusively in orthodontic practice both in South Africa and in the UK.

Align Technology, Inc has recognised my considerable experience in using the Invisalign techniques by awarding me the Platinum Practitioner Status.

My philosophy is to provide treatment that balances the science and art elements of leading-ledge orthodontics, resulting in better dental function and good facial aesthetics.  I use techniques that are both patient and practitioner friendly and am a strong believer in harnessing technological advances to improve treatment, administration and communication.

I am delighted to be joining the existing team at Kings Road Dental Practice and look forward to meeting some of you.
